Cell Phone advice

So anyone have any advice on a cell phone. I want to be able to sync address book and iCal either through a wire or Bluetooth, don't matter which.

The one catch: needs to be able to work through verizon.

I've been partial to motorola phones, its amazing that my T720 has taken such a beating and still works. But im up for any suggestions.
