Educational 12" ibook

I work for a school district and was looking into getting an Ibook. When you log into apples regular store at the top it says that the ibook comes with Tiger. But, when you log into the apple educational store at the top it says that it come with Panther, yet at the bottom it states that all ibooks come with Tiger.
Has anyone purchased an ibook from the educational store recently?? Hopefully they just forgot to update their graphics on the top of the educational ibook page.

My powerbook (which came last week) was installed with panther but it came with the tiger install discs.
