The place I'm staying has regular analogue cable as part of the rent. I got a TV tuner card for my new Pee Cee, but because the signal is so weak, the card has a hard time picking up the audio on all the channels. So I'm looking for a cable box or other device that will allow me to tune the standard cable channels and output to RCA or S-Video. I am not looking for a black box that will descramble premium channels or PPV content. I just want a better way to watch the cable I am paying for on my computer and use the time shifting features.
