I haven't heard the fans on the M1 MBP at all since I've had it.
My wife was using a 2018 MBP for work and that thing would kill the fans during anything even remotely tasking, even using Outlook would kick on the fan, yet alone Teams or Zoom.
Now however, with the M1, I don't think the fan has kciedk on at all, and if it has, then it's been super quiet.
