What version of Safari are you using? I just checked the link and I see "Login" normally.
I will say though, it is one of the last items to populate on the page. If you're behind some sort of filter/ad/tracking blocker then it is likely the culprit and not the browser. The "Login" shows when the cookie statement pops up.
Disable plugins and try again. Maybe via your cellphone hotspot too if you have network wide blocking.
