Amazon has it and so does
MacSales. While I want to trust the products from MacSales more than Amazon it is cheaper through them.
I called a local shop and they charge $19 for the part and $99 for the labor. One other guy said it's a $135 dollar charge after arguing with me about how I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm describing to him in details the guts of this MBP and the steps I've done but he says there is no cable. Needless to say I won't be supporting him. All the prices were in that range though. At least there are a number of places I can get the cable online.
