I was discussing images that cue up specific memories with a friend and I was telling them some old Mac OS X wallpapers make me feel that way because it reminds me of the computer(s) I saw them on and that reminds me of times and places and events of the time. Inspired by that, I wanted to find some of my old favorite wallpapers that my work 10.13 Mac doesn't have anymore.
I found this archive of old wallpapers.
Scrolling through it brings back soooo many memories. It was wild to see ones from Mac OS 9 and System 7!
Saving a bunch of these to have rotate on my work desktop. I thought others would appreciate it so I'm sharing.
