Thanks. Just checked and yes, Shaw did adopt the X1 platform a few years ago. It's funny that Comcast seems to allow you to use a Roku as a set top box, but Rogers won't.

I guess universal remotes will fit the bill for me.
It means added e-waste, but I really think we need to start paying more attention to privacy.
