what about my port/NAT problem?

Edit: am i actually having a port/NAT problem or is it a portforwarding problem? i went to the azureus website troubleshoot and it explained it but it exactly how to solve it let alone how to solve it on osx and airport extreme...can anyone help me please? green face is a need, ha
