Hi guys.
A friend of mine just replaced his pc with a Mac (yeah the pc crapped out). Anyways he has transfered alot of data in 1 folder onto the Mac and they appear as read only.
I know how to change from a read only to a read-write file but is there anyway to make ALL the files in that folder read-write simply without doing it one by one (folder wise)? There is about 1GB worth of data, folders within folders, yeah you get the idea.
When i highlight the main folder and change the properties everything within the folder remains read only.
Any help would be appreciated. Maybe im missing the obvious.
