1. Select Folder
2. Go to File and choose Get Info (Or hit command-i)
3. Click the little triangle next to "Ownership & Permissions"
4. Click the little triangle next to "Details"
5. Change permissions to desired settings
6. Click "Apply to enclosed items..."
