The nice thing is that Firefox's keyboard shortcut for switching tabs is a one-hander. Ctrl-tab and ctrl-shift-tab do contort your fingers a bit, but they can be done with one hand.
If you want one-handed page up, page down, home, and end, you can always use
uControl to remap the near-useless "Enter" key on the right side to the Fn key.
