I had a goal of 160 by September 17, and on September 17 I stepped on the scale and was … 160! (38 pounds gone!)
Then I went on vacation and gained 8 pounds in 2 weeks!
So, back down to 160 and then I have a bulking plan. Once I hit my target I plan on entering maintenance mode, which means I will be dancing around 165-170 until I die. But that's still a 30lb dumbbell I don't have to lug around any longer.
