I back in it. I’m cycling on a stationary alternating between 30 minute cardio routines - at low-mid resistance so I can spin fast - with an interval program that gives 5-6 minutes of max resistance over 10-12 minutes. Rather than doing squats I can just stand on the cranks and mash the pedals. I take a big break between the two sets. I’m mixing in some work on the rower too, but I haven’t really developed a routine there. I’d like to get on it and just do a timed race 3-4 times a week, but my endurance is very poor these days, so I’m easing in there. It’s more of a leisurely row and a brief sprint when I feel up to it. It’s hard though.
