Forgot to mention it this morning, but all the inner portals are operational now.
The directional portals at the outer edges are unlit, and will probably stay until 1.8 (if someone really needs to get to the outer edges feel free to light - they will still connect to the existing portals).
The Mob Trap and 13topia portals are the only ones still out in the open (uncovered), so be careful if you decide to head out that way.
