The first one is a headphone amp, not exactly what you need to power passive speakers. The second one looks about right to me, very similar to the one I linked to.
The MinX connect to the amp with speaker wire, cheap and easy to get on Amazon. Looks like there is a link to amazon basic speaker wire on the amp page. From the amp you’ll likely need a RCA to 3.5” adapter, unless you are going to use your external DAC.
