Nobody needs to worry, though. The people "over there" will never allow clean, nuclear energy to power their cities (although I will be happy to host one in my back yard  ).
The Navy is thinking about how to power destroyers and long-range bombers, not your local neighborhood. They already know the political deck is stacked against that idea. All of the other things will be weaponized as soon as contractors figure out a way to profitably bomb the Middle East with them.
