I'm looking to do the shiny web 2.0 AJAX wonder of wonders effect. I'm not sure what to call it, but it is what Digg uses for comments to hide/show them. Scriptalicious calls it the 'blind up/down' effect. Scriptalicious works, but it is sizalicious.
Can anyone help me work towards this effect without making my 5kb page take two minutes to load?

here is my test page for reference. I made a basic form and didn't do any CSS work yet. I'm trying to get the toggle down first.
