Im going to jump on board here as I have the same problem.
I also
always have bloodshot eyes. Im not talking bright red but its noticible to me at least and Im sure it is to others too. Does anyone have any remedies for or ideas why this might be happening? I'll be the first to admit I dont have the best sleep routine, but Im young(ish) and dont think I am that much worse off for sleep than others my age, probably 6 hours per night.
