download them as eps... and then scale them to whatever size... they are in vector format so the pixels dont matter here. if you do not have adobe illustrator, download a free trial at adobe.com
open the eps file with illustrator, scale it to the size you need it and export it out as a jpeg or whatever format youre comfortable with.
