Which must be the reason why you think they have the lowest or close to the lowest prices.
I'm not saying Crucial is bad at all. They rock and the quality and customer service is very high. However, 1 GB modules from them are significantly more expensive than from other places. It's $190 from OWC and $250 from Crucial. Get a cheap one from NewEgg and it's $150, but I've stopped recommending NewEgg for Mac RAM since Macs tend to be a bit picky and the cheap stuff from there isn't always compatible.
Actually... hold the phone. I just found that NewEgg sells Samsung RAM (same brand Apple uses). Look
here. $188 for a 1 GB Samsung module. They also sell Crucial RAM for a little under Crucial's own web price.
