I know this. But how much?
Is an iPhone - sealed in its original packaging (never booted/set up/used) in the stockroom for 8-12 months - going to need a battery replacement drastically sooner than buying an iPhone that was just announced/released to the world days/weeks earlier?
I know stuff depletes. But to what degree/timeframe, used daily vs. waiting to be sold? That’s what I’ve never known/wondered about.

Would hate to get a new phone and see tha the Battery Health/Maximum Capacity is a much lower than ideal number.
