Which kind? Fexofenadine? Loratadine? Cetirizine? If one isn't effective, try another for a while. I've tried them
all at some point. Cetirizine HCl (generic Zyrtec) is the only one that seems to help me today, and even it is
by far not a miracle drug for me.
This one probably isn't Target's fault. Pretty much all generic allergy drugs of a given type are chemically identical.
