My Mom is also on AT&T Uverse. It's always being weird. Her Internet seems quite pokey for DSL and her TV reception seems affected by pretty much everything under the sun. But she despises Comcast/Xfinity with the heat of 3,000 suns, so that's not an option. She was with them years ago, and it was a horror show (and the only time I've ever heard my mom say the f-word).
She's just across the Georgia line so she can't get the Chattanooga EPB fiber stuff like I have (and am completely spoiled by).
