I think this is where Jony Ive steps in. If (nay,
when) they come up with the Next Big Thing, he will be there to give a little backstory and sheen to it - and maybe invoke a little "Steve and I were working on this for years" story.
Obviously, 3-5 years down the road Apple will be really and truly entering the post-Jobs era. We'll see where there are at that point.
