Trader Joe's has a non-dairy strawberry ice cream made with coconut milk. It's incredibly creamy and the coconutiness adds a subtle flavor, and I crave it.
Unfortunately, it's one of those incredibly irritating Trader Joe's items that seems to come and go randomly. It was gone for so long I assumed it was discontinued, then it reappeared. Now it's gone again. I dunno, maybe they have some hippy making it a pint at a time in his yurt in Oregon.
