You can also include all the post-Lenny Bruce comedians who are supposedly "pushing the envelope" by going out of their way to say things that would offend -- although their efforts are so transparent, it's only pathetic. I got over the angry-young-man act when I was about 22. Some people live their whole life like that... or at least act like it. And I guess a lot of other people do too considering how popular that schtick still is. To me, this is Maddox's whole bit, and it's more than tired.
