Yeah, I'd definitely look into Skype. It's not at all hard to set up, and it opens you up to far more people.
EDIT: It says on
MacAlly's site that the IceCam2 is a "Driver-free USB Video Class (UVC) device." Some Google searches revealed that UVC is what you're looking for in a webcam for use on a Mac. So anything listed as UVC should work.
