Aveeno is the goodness! But I use Aveeno Positively Smooth Shave Gel.
It's got oatmeal in it!
I have a heavy beard - must shave everyday. It's easiest for me to shave in the shower with my beloved Aveeno and a Sensor Excel. My whiskers are too heavy for the Mach 3 (my beard just clogs up the blades immediately) and those 4-bladers are just a gimmick and useless.
