What will always be the core issue is that the iPhone has apps that already get the same kind content, namely Safari and YouTube. Granted one could argue that the apps sole purpose is not the delivery of explicit content, but it can be had.
Content is content wether it is on your computer or your iPhone, but as long as Apple has the power to reject apps this will remain an issue.
