Same. The mini finally got me to upgrade from my 8.
I went through the AT&T promo with the unlimited plan as with the trade in in credits and the corporate signature discount I basically was getting HBO Max for free for 30 months for the same cost if I stuck with my old plan and just bought the phone outright.
Activation was easy. The hard part was fixing AT&T’s creative accounting on the backend.
I’ll probably keep my blue mini as a house project/music server device. Still have my white 4S going strong as the kitchen stereo.
