I did a quick mockup based on the N1's 17 meter width at the base. Thus, this is a 17-block circle with 30 NK-15 engines (or, at least, my MC interpretation of them.
The engines are 9 meters tall. Actual NK-15's are 12 meters, but the upward angle of the first stage might get in the way. The nozzles should be 2 meters wide rather than 1, but there isn't space.
The, the center cluster is a bit squished on twos sides, but, hey, It's Minecraft.
Also, there is a minor placement error with one of the engines just above bottom left.
