On the one hand, there's no better way to rid the company of people you don't want than to make them quit on their own.
'In-person' and 'long hours' are like kryptonite to the latest generation.
But this would seem to reduce the company to a shell. Like others have said, the site's operation and viability seems in question.
I do hope someone has a plan here. I like Twitter and want to see it succeed.
