Maybe I should show it to the movie rental place down the street. It has a long business history (since the early 80s - long for video), has a big membership (no chain has even tried to open in the neighbourhood) has a large and wide selection including many hard to find films, and is very helpful and friendly. But it is run entirely manually. Amazing...I suppose....but weird in this day and age.
