I primarily use DL for keeping track of my books (354 at last count) and who is borrowing them. It's also pretty useful for offering similar books for me to check out via Amazon.
So for me, it's worth it for organizational purposes (as well as insurance), but I hope DL2 is much faster with it's UI than DL 1.
