I've run into that as well. I can totally understand some regular employee not being aware of Apple products/releases (I certainly don't know - or care - when Samsung, Microsoft, etc. release new stuff). But when you've got the person working that specific area, even wearing a shirt with the Apple logo and "Apple Specialist" or whatever on it, and
they're unaware of such major releases or act clueless about the products in general, it doesn't instill much confidence in anything coming out of their mouths being accurate/truthful.
