I was in the same situation only last summer... but it seems like it was ages ago. After a month, I no longer even considered running Windows for my primary OS, and I've lived 10+ years on Windows. I can survive with it, but what's the point? At most I'll get a fast box for games and HD video watching and keep everything critical on the Mac.
