anything made for professional printwork is best.... i'm sure if you can supply and indesign or quark file it is much easier for the print shop.... all they got to do it make it propagate it so it prints many on one sheet and added printers marks
indesign also allows you to package the design in a pdf with the font include so the print shop doesn't need to have it
