Drew, I have an old(er) Apple Bluetooth shortboard keyboard (model A1314 released in October 2009) that I can mail to you on Monday, November 22 (long story), if that'll help? It's the "newer" version of that product line, requiring only two AA batteries instead of three from earlier versions.
Think about it, let me know. I can't send it for another 10 days or so (but that gives me time to find a box to put it in), but it's yours if you'd like it, if it'll help you these next few months until your new MacBook Pro arrives. Call it a loaner if you want, and send it back in January/February? Or keep it, I don't care. I won't really need it after next weekend.
