Still think it looks primarily like a consumption device for games and watching live events virtually, but I may lack imagination.

There really isn’t anything special about iPhones, they are just small computers. If there was a smaller device that was useful, and had a better interface I’d be game. At first I thought that might be where Apple would go with the watch, but has just become a thing for fitness freaks (sorry, it’s true) and people who use as a status symbol. Maybe someday it could be used to control an AR system, but battery life and CPU power isn’t there yet.
