So let's hear it: complaints, comments, suggestions, thoughts, tendencies, observations, experiences, expectations, whatever. Sometimes they're happy

Sure, I'll probably take flak for starting this thread, but I think it'd interesting (and thus worth the flak
) to hear the AN community's thoughts on this, since it affects most of us at one point or another. Let's try to keep bitterness out of this... I know I'm squelching a fair amount right now!
