For SFTP I use
Fetch, since my University provides it free. I've used Cyberduck too though, and it's pretty nice. The cool thing about Fetch is that in the 5.1 beta they added Automator actions, so it should be pretty easy to set up automatic webpage uploading with iWeb. I'll be trying that once I get ahold of iWeb.
