I had that same mattress.
It's a piece of crap, no offense.... I thought the same thing. I had it while I was in college... thought it was fine... liked it for the same reasons..... then I got a real mattress..... it's amazing how shitty that mattress really is.... although I guess it's kind of to be expected for the price.
Mattresses are one area I will never skimp on now.... it makes a world of difference.... and it is something you use for like a third of your life!
