Today I was floored when I got on the scale and it read 173.1! Like WOW.
Clearly I'm still thinning out but not near the body fat percent I want to be. Still have a BMI of 23. While the scales aren't completely accurate with how they read body fat, I'm not throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
My body fat is declining as well. Easy to see in the mirror as well as the numbers on the scale.
