Actually, it's been there for a little while now, just that it hasn't been announced until now. I found this a few weeks ago, and passed the info to a friend when I stumbled on it in the preferences.
Of course, now it would be nice to manage aliases in Mail too.
They come into Mail just fine, but I had to set up my own rule to change the color of these emails like what webmail does now.
