Cnet has an article about body recomposition today and I think that is really closer to where I am. I asked about when to coast, but really I'm wanting to trim a little more fat while not truly cutting anymore. My goal is not to bulk really either. I have no desire to bulk, just tone up at this phase.
This is pretty close to what I'm doing other than I'm not spiking my protein like I should be.
