Yes, it happened at
hospitals around BC.
Saying they blocked ambiances might be a stretch, but they did slow them down as they tried to safely navigate the protesters. One paramedic I heard on the radio said they were delayed for a while getting to the hospital, I thought he said 80, but it was far more likely 8 minutes. Either way that's a big deal in a life and death situation. The patient was bleeding badly and needed care quickly. [Edited because I may not have remembered the amount of delay time correctly).
