AKA a 60-foot red flag to anyone with an ounce of sense. You get what you pay for, folks. Cosmetic, body-altering surgery probably isn't the thing to be looking for coupons or a Groupon deal via Facebook. Shell out the extra $$$ for the good stuff, performed by someone who actually went to something resembling a medical school.
