The coolest storms I have ever seen were in the Badlands. We drove through there and the lightning was amazing. I remember being in the backseat and being able to tilt my head up and look at the sky above and behind me. The lightning just rolled through the clouds all around us. It was truely amazing and awe inspiring.

I generally love storms and rainy weather, but this strike was a little too close for comfort.
