Well, there you go. Seems reasonable. If a judge - a Jerry Brown appointee - sees it that way, who is my dumb ass to argue? They surely have all the facts and testimony needed, vs. us, trying to figure things out from shoddy, poorly-written news articles that seemed lacking/spotty from the get-go. Sounds like a done deal.
